Meditation

Meditation is to simply be aware of oneself and our thoughts. The trick is to witness thoughts instead of straining them, controlling them or judging them.

Whatever stage of intellectual development or emotional abundance / turmoil we are in, this simple practice can leave us with a glow, like a kid that's just consumed cotton candy!

As Sarina puts it: "I sit down every morning, close my eyes, something incredible happens, and some forty to fifty minutes later, I come out of this state called meditation. My mind suddenly becomes aware of the environment, of the faint sounds of the birds chirping, or the neighbors laughing (yeah, I have happy neighbors), and I am ready to start the day."

Unalloyed joy and a connection with our self or soulstuff is the outcome of this practice. There is no limit to how much you can do, and for a lot of us, being meditative quickly becomes our nature. We can emanate an aura of peace, goodwill and tranquility the more we spend our time in flow state.

An important affirmation is "my life is free-flowing an easy". Flow being explained as "In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity."

Meditation is the technique of getting into flow state. There are guided meditations that accelerate the process, but we encourage you to just sit with your eyes closed, pay attention to your breathing and let your thoughts wander without judging/controlling.

It has helped us all immensely. Would you invite it to change your life?
